I study why organizations succeed, why they fail, and the invisible systems that determine the difference. Two decades leading operations across Europe, Australia and North America taught me that competitive advantage rarely comes from the strategy deck. It comes from seeing the connections others miss and acting on them.I’ve led grocery and retail operations across Germany, Australia, Italy, and the United States, managing P&L, scaling teams, and entering markets where the playbook didn’t exist yet. I work across languages and cultures, and I read a business the way an operator does: where the friction is, where the money leaks, where the opportunity actually lives. My strength is helping leaders make sense of complexity, connecting operations, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to identify what matters and what doesn’t.Everything I write, analyze, and advise comes back to one belief: execution decides everything.
